The Powder Room
The Powder Room is a 1920s inspired experimental cocktail bar set in the mezzanine lounge of The Black Swan.
Their cocktails are crafted to tease, tantalise and transport you from one end of the world to another. Each creation is a labour of love; classic spirits reimagined with unexpected flavours, modern sensibilities and a touch of theatricality. The Powder Room also offers a carefully-curated selection of rare spirits, along with wines and champagne from organic producers, small batch wineries and passionate growers across the globe.
With 15 years of experience under his belt, Gerardo has worked at different bars across Europe before setting his eyes on Singapore. Part-time Italian dreamboat and full-time bar manager at The Black Swan and The Powder Room, Gerardo stays ahead of the cocktail curve by borrowing kitchen techniques and marrying culinary notions with his craft.
