‘Sarnies’ is the slang word for sandwich; but it’s also a pumping little café located in the busy downtown area of Singapore started by Aussie Ben Lee in 2010.
By day, Sarnies serves up gourmet salads and sandwiches for lunch made with healthy, organic produce, and hearty brunches on weekends.
By night, the Sarnies offering includes crowd pleasers like the infamous Truffle Mash encased with Home-Cured Bacon and homemade Churros with Salted Caramel Sauce.
However, what Sarnies may be most renowned for is its coffee. It’s roasted in-house by their team of dedicated baristas who spend all their time perfecting various roast profiles.
