Founded by Glen and Daniel Ballis, Moosehead is edgy and hyper- wired, connecting with its guests through music, art, pop-culture, and most vividly, through its food.

Moosehead’s vision of connecting with edgy like-minded individuals through evolving partnerships has paved the way for collaborations, such as the wall mural with Singaporean street-artist Samantha Lo.

Daniel’s peripatetic life as a youngster was truly astonishing: he lived for 12 years in Asia, and studied in Phuket, Thailand; Bintan, Indonesia; Shanghai, China; and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and later back in Australia.

Daniel was Assistant Manager at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney, progressing through the Bar, Restaurant, and Banquets portfolios. Later transferring to the Four Seasons Singapore, Daniel oversaw the restaurant and bar of the hotel. As co-owner of Moosehead Daniel still travels constantly, seeking ideas and inspiration to fire up creative energies at his establishments.
