Meaning ‘fire’ in Catalan, FOC is a collaboration between Michelin – starred Chef Nandu Jubany, Chef Jordi Noguera and award-winning mixologist Dario Nocentini.
Presenting a small plate menu with Catalan and Mediterranean influences, inventive and cutting edge cocktails, it aims to be a vibrant Spanish affair in the heart of Singapore.
The fun and quirky main dining room is for large group meals and post-work drinks.
Situated at the further end of FOC is a quieter section with three communal tables that seat up to eight diners each.
Born in Prats de Lluçanès, Barcelona, Spain. To say Jordi grew up in the kitchen is an understatement – the Nogueras own and operate a traditional Spanish restaurant. In Spain, he worked under legendary Juan Mari Arzak, owner and chef of Arzak.
Jordi regularly makes trips to Barcelona, working with Chef Nandu on recipes and menu items that would be best suited to the Singapore diner’s palate.
