1 Michelin Star, No.17 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants.
Formerly the home of EJH Corner, Assistant Director of the Botanic Gardens from 1929 – 1945, the Corner House serves a cuisine inspired by its botanist namesake.
Developed by Chef Jason Tan, Gastrobotanica is based on French cooking techniques with global influences in flavor. Botanicals, such as tubers, roots and vines, are given much fuller elaboration in range and preparation alongside protein, and garnishing becomes a highlight in its own right.
