A cosy bar housed on the second floor of a 19th century conserved shop house with a captivating view of the Singapore River.
The interior of the bar is also a reminder of the times when Boat Quay was not just a commercial hub but home to migrant workers living and working in the historic quay.
A 3rd generation hawker-turned-bartender, Edwin was exposed at a very young age to the family’s hawker trade.
Edwin developed a keen interest in local flavours and uses them as he transitioned into the craft of bartending. He’s well-known for his novel infusion of local flavours such as Osmanthus, Lemongrass, Gula Melaka and even Milo.
